1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Important: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment

Same-Day / 24-Hour Shipping (When Available)
For select in-stock units, BaddiezInc may offer same-day or 24-hour shipping. This will be clearly stated on the product listing or checkout page.
Same-day/24-hour shipping refers to shipment speed, not guaranteed delivery time.
4. Pre-Orders & Restocks
If your order includes a pre-order item or restock item, processing times may be longer. The estimated ship date will be stated on the product page.
If you place an order containing both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order may ship together unless otherwise stated.

These charges are not controlled by BaddiezInc and are non-refundable.
6. Tracking & Delivery Updates
Tracking information is sent automatically once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
BaddiezInc is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Holidays

Incorrect address provided at checkout

Delivery access restrictions (gated communities, apartment entry, etc.)
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing unit number, or delivery failure caused by address issues:

Reshipping fees may apply, or

The order may be refunded minus shipping and handling costs
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at baddiezincofficial@gmail.com. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:

BaddiezInc is not responsible for stolen packages. However, we will assist you with documentation and next steps where possible.

If an order is returned to BaddiezInc due to:
