Processing Time

Please allow 3-4 business days for processing before your order is shipped or ready for pickup, unless the unit is already available on hand. If your wig is on hand, it may be available for same-day pickup depending on order time, confirmation, and availability.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, shipping carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect address issues, or payment verification delays. Humanity invented shipping systems and then made them fragile, so yes, timing can occasionally be affected by forces outside the brand’s control.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, delivery speed depends on the selected shipping method and carrier performance.

Pickup Orders

For pickup orders, please wait until you receive official pickup instructions before arriving. If the unit is available on hand, same-day pickup may be possible. If the unit is not currently on hand, please allow the standard processing time.

Incorrect Address Policy

BaddiezInc™ is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate address entered at checkout. If your order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, BaddiezInc™ is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors. Customers should contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. BaddiezInc™ will assist where possible, but final delivery handling is controlled by the shipping carrier.

Final Sale Policy

All wig sales are final sale once the order has been processed, customized, shipped, picked up, worn, altered, installed, brushed, washed, cut, colored, bleached, plucked, lace-cut, or otherwise changed from its original condition.

Eligible Issues

A return or exchange review may only be considered if there is a confirmed order issue, such as:

If an issue qualifies for review, BaddiezInc™ may offer a replacement, correction, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the condition of the item, the evidence provided, and whether the product was altered or used.

Chargeback & Fraud Protection

Customers are encouraged to contact BaddiezInc™ directly before filing a dispute so the issue can be reviewed properly. Fraudulent claims, false damage reports, or chargebacks on fulfilled orders may result in denial of future service.
