Any order concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos, videos, and your order number.
Wig Care & Info
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, detangle gently from ends to roots, avoid excessive heat, and store your wig properly when not in use. Curly and wavy textures should be refreshed with water and a light leave-in conditioner to help maintain softness, shape, and definition.
