Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
   

• Lace must be uncut
   

• Must include original packaging and all included items
   

Any product that shows signs of wear or tampering will be denied.

Processing Time

Once your claim is approved:

• Replacements are processed within 3–7 business days
   

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
   

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank
   

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
