Our Promise & Return Policy

At BaddiezInc, we take pride in delivering high-quality units with premium craftsmanship and strict quality control. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a clear Return Policy to protect both our customers and our brand standards.

By placing an order with BaddiezInc, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. All Sales Are Final (Hygiene Notice)

For hygiene and safety reasons, all wig sales are final once delivered.

Because wigs, lace, and hair products are worn close to the scalp and face, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, worn, altered, or tampered with.

2. Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

A return may only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective, or

  • Your order is missing items due to packing error

Any eligible claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following:

  • Wigs that have been worn, installed, combed, brushed, washed, or used

  • Wigs with cut lace, trimmed lace, or altered hairlines

  • Wigs that have been bleached, dyed, toned, colored, or chemically processed

  • Units that have been plucked, heat styled, or modified in any way

  • Products showing signs of odor, makeup, perfume, glue, gel, or styling product residue

  • Clearance or promotional sale items (if applicable)

  • Any order submitted after the return request window expires

4. How to Submit a Return/Issue Request

To report an issue, email us at baddiezincofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Full name on the order

  • Clear photos/video showing the issue

    • Include product, lace/hairline, and packaging

  • Description of the problem

If the issue is verified, BaddiezInc will determine whether the best solution is:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • A refund (only if necessary)

5. Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to a confirmed error made by BaddiezInc.

6. Exchanges

BaddiezInc does not offer traditional exchanges for hygienic reasons.

If you need a different length, texture, or lace type, we recommend placing a new order.

7. Charge backs & Disputes

We take fraud prevention seriously. If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We may permanently restrict future purchases

  • We may submit proof of delivery, tracking, and order communication to the payment provider

We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve concerns quickly and fairly

8. Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please review our Shipping Policy. BaddiezInc is not responsible for stolen packages, but we will assist customers with the proper documentation where possible.
